Robert G. Clarke

Mr. Clarke is a founding shareholder of Asia Payment Systems.  Since mid 2001 he has been based in Hong Kong and involved in several private and public companies focused on IT and telecommunications with a particular emphasis on the development of China opportunities.  Prior to moving to Hong Kong Mr. Clarke was based in Vancouver, BC and played a key role in the start-up and financing of several Canadian and United States companies in the high technology and telecommunications sectors.  Since 1997 he has served as a director and officer of several United States public companies, including Waverider Communications Inc (WAVC:OB) and TEK Digitel Corp. (TEKI:PK) and is currently Chairman of C-Chip Technologies Inc. (CCHI:OB).
