Chris Fox
Chief Technology Manager

Mr. Fox has worked with Asia Payment Systems since its inception.  He brings a wealth of technical experience to the company and provides the technical skill, knowledge and leadership necessary to implement the company's systems.  He has over 22 years of professional information technology experience with companies in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and China.  His technical expertise is complimented by his strategic vision and leadership.

Previously, Mr. Fox was Chief Technology Officer with Payments Group, Japan E-Commerce and First Ecom.com.  Prior to these roles, he worked with China.com as Consulting Practice Director,  where he worked on several large e-commerce projects, including one for the HSBC.  Mr. Fox first came to Hong Kong on an assignment for Hong Kong Telecom as Chief Architect, Broadband Business Systems.

Before moving to Hong Kong, Mr. Fox spent many years as an independent technology consultant working for companies such as IBM, Sybase, Sequent, Oracle, USAA, Bank of America, Lloyds Bank, The Discover Card, New Zealand Police and the New Zealand Stock Exchange.  He began his professional career as a software engineer for Microsoft, where he worked in the Systems Languages group.
