Since 1995, Mr. Rodriguez has been the President of Management Services of Arizona, Inc., a business consulting company specializing in public companies emphasizing mergers, acquisitions and venture capital financing.  In his current practice, Mr. Rodriguez is the advisor to a number of U.S. and foreign investors and public companies.  From December 2000 until August 2003, Mr. Rodriguez was a Director and Chief Financial Officer of ePHONE Telecom Inc. (OTCBB: EPHO).

Mr. Rodriguez has served as Chief Financial Officer for Zephyr Technologies, Inc., a biometrics and  smartcard software integration company, from May 1998 to June 2000.  Mr. Rodriguez was a Director and President of Waverider Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: WAVC) at various times from December 1996 to November 1997.  From April 1995 to December 1996 he was the Chief Executive Officer of Channel I, Inc., a NASD OTC United Kingdom based Company.  During this time he resided in London, United Kingdom, and was involved in the European business and capital markets.
